Amul Praveen Kesrani is a certified Java Full Stack Developer with over 2 years of experience as a Performance Engineer for an ERP Solution. He is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at CGI, where he applies his skills in Java, Performance Engineering, Azure AI, and Azure Data to deliver high-quality software solutions. Amul holds a Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) degree in Metallurgical and Materials Sci. Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He is a skilled software engineer with experience in software development, research, and analysis. Before joining CGI, Amul worked as a Research Analyst at Vyapt Consulting, where he designed and presented proposals for corporate investment to the Director of Industries, State Government. He also developed plans for improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness using Lean Six-Sigma and 5s Transfusion methods. Amul pioneered market research on prospective business expansion to the IT, Agro, FMCG, and Insurance sectors. He also devised outlines of Interventions and Training Programs for various proposals to 6 major companies. In addition to his professional experience, Amul has also served as the Institute Volleyball Secretary at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. In this role, he coordinated with a council of 22 members in planning and executing sports events, including Freshmen Orientation, Sports Festival, Inter IIT Camp, and Inter Hostel General Championships catering to 3000+ students. He increased the number of events, including Sophie league and Pirates’ league, and beginners’ camps to improve competency, fitness, and encourage participation. Amul also budgeted INR 250,000 for efficient organization of Volleyball Events in the Institute and was responsible for regular practice of the Institute Volleyball Team with more than 30 players in preparation for the Inter IIT Sports Meet.
